Apostle Yohannes Girma is a distinguished Christian leader, church statesman, and visionary minister who has faithfully served the Ethiopian evangelical community for many years. As one of the pioneering leaders who stood alongside the Ethiopian Council of Gospel Believers’ Churches (ECGBC) from its inception, he has played a significant role in advancing the Council’s mission, strengthening unity among member churches, and contributing to the growth and development of the evangelical movement in Ethiopia.

He previously served as Vice President of ECGBC, providing strategic leadership, institutional guidance, and pastoral wisdom during important stages of the Council’s development. His commitment to fostering collaboration, promoting unity, and facilitating effective partnerships among churches and Christian organizations has earned him widespread respect among church leaders and Christian communities.

Apostle Yohannes currently serves as the President of Zetseat Apostolic Reformation Church and as a Board Member of ECFE. Throughout his ministry, he has demonstrated exceptional capacity in coordination, leadership development, mentorship, mobilization, and organizational strengthening. He is particularly recognized for his dedication to equipping and inspiring young people with a strong national vision, preparing them to serve as transformational leaders within the Church and the wider society.
