From name check to final submission

Step 1

1. Reserve Your Name

Start by submitting up to 5 proposed names on our online portal. You will receive a unique Name Reservation Code.

Step 2

2. Await Department Approval

Our registration department will review your proposed names. Once approved, you will receive an official notification.

Step 3

3. Prepare Requirements

Gather your Official Documents (PDFs of Charters, Support Letters), Contact Information, and identify your Council Fellowship.

Step 4

4. Complete Online Registration

Return to the online portal with your Reservation Code to submit your details and official documents for review.

Follow these steps to complete your registration from name reservation through final document submission.
